OSF MyChart
As soon as you see an OSF HealthCare provider, you cancreate an OSF MyChartaccount to manage your appointments, access your medical records, refill prescriptions and so much more.
Log into OSF MyCharton your personal computer or use the OSF MyChart app on your cellphone, tablet or other mobile device.
Emergency Care
For a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 orgo to the nearest Emergency Department.
Urgent Care
If you feel sick or suffer a non-life-threatening injury, an urgent care clinic can attend to your needs.
In Person
OSF PromptCare is a walk-in clinic designed to assess and treat sudden minor illnesses and injuries when your primary care provider is busy or unavailable. OSF OnCall Urgent Care accepts walk-in or scheduled visits.

Specialty Care
Some specialties require referrals. You can check with thespecialist’s officeto see if a referral is required.
If you need a referral for specialty care, talk to your primary care provider.
You may also want to check with your health insurance to ensure the specialist is in your network and to learn insurance requirements to cover your visit.
Testing and Labs
Most outpatient tests and labs must be referred or ordered by your primary care provider.
